Considering its age, the facilities are in desperate need of a refresh!!! The lift situation lacks air conditioning, and the stained bathrooms just scream for attention. It left a subpar impression!!!

The peaceful environment allowed for restful nights despite being close to Patong's nightlife. I especially enjoyed the ample breakfast options that filled me up every morning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and the pool area was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Our villa gave us all the space we needed, especially with two bathrooms! Just a few things to note, though, the beach was a bit crowded for our liking, and some amenities weren’t exactly as pictured. I'd definitely return!

The stay lasted for 5 nights in a Deluxe Double Room Pool View. The location is a highlight, providing a peaceful retreat away from the typical chaos. The customer service was outstanding. staff were friendly and attentive, particularly during meals. However, there were issues with consistent communication regarding welcome drinks and voucher usage, which left confusion. Moreover, it would be better to schedule maintenance when guests are out to avoid interruptions. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.
